EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW: ‘Lucifer #14’ From DC Comics

DC Comics offered an exclusive look at the upcoming issue of The Sandman Universe’s Lucifer #14. The issue is written by Dan Watters (Coffin Bound, Deep Roots) with art from Fernando Blanco (Catwoman, Detective Comics) and follows Lucifer as he tries to settle down to a nice country life…with things not going according to plan. Lucifer is playing house. The devil arrives in the village of Haybury, West Yorkshire with designs on building a quaint new life for himself. Unfortunately for Lucifer, the universe has other plans for him, as he finds himself directly in the crosshairs of a cosmic hunting party. Meanwhile: a dead soldier grows impatient, a prophecy is given, and a cat speaks.

From the mind of Neil Gaiman, The Sandman Universe returned in 2018 with a rift between worlds opening and revealing a space beyond the Dreaming. From The Sandman Universe we have seen all-new series including The Sandman Universe Presents Hellblazer and the upcoming John Constantine: Hellblazer which is out November 27, 2019.

The Sandman Universe’s Lucifer #14 is written by Watters, with pencils and inks by Fernando Blanco, colors by Dan Cunniffe, letters by Steve Wands, and a cover from Tiffany Turrill.
